THE IR, JAY STIBBE, CONFIRMED THE INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE WIFE WHO AGREED TO THE TRANSACTIONS, HOWEVER, THE ORDERS WERE NOT PLACED. CLIENT IS REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT OF LOSSES IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,914. Damage Amount Requested: $6,914.00 Broker Comment: THE HUSBAND ATTEMPTED TO PLACE SELL ORDERS FOR THE ACCOUNT, BUT HE DID NOT HAVE TRADING AUTHORITY. THE IR CONTACTED THE ACCOUNT OWNER AND SHE WAS UNAWARE OF THE ATTEMPT TO SELL WCOM AND INSTRUCTED THE IR TO WAIT FOR HER INSTRUCTIONS, ACCORDING TO THE IR. THE CLIENT DID NOT CALL TO SELL THE WCOM. CLAIM DENIED.
