HOWEVER, THE SHIFTING OF THE DEBT LOAD WAS A LEGAL MANEUVER BY HIS ATTORNEY AND, HAD THIS NOT BEEN ACCEPTED, LEGAL PROCEEDINGS WOULD HAVE LINGERED INDEFINITELY DUE TO MY EX-HUSBAND'S LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL CONDITIONS. I HAD NO VIABLE OPTION BUT TO ACCEPT MY LAWYER'S RECOMMENDATION AND PROCEED AS HE ADVISED.
