THE CUSTOMER ALSO ALLEGES THAT THE AGENT GAVE HER A BAD RECOMMENDATION THAT CAUSED HER TO LOSE MONEY HAD SHE PUT IT IN THE BANK SHE WOULD NOT HAVE THESE LOSSES. Broker Comment: BASED ON THE COMPANY'S GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE COMPENSATORY DAMAGES COULD BE MORE THAN $5,000.
