HOWEVER, I CAN SAY WITH CERTAINTY THAT [CUSTOMER'S] COMPLAINT FALSELY REFERENCES THE PRODUCT THAT HE WAS INVESTED IN, AS WELL AS INAPPROPRIATELY CHALLENGES MY CHARACTER.
