THE CLIENT ALSO STATES THE VALUE IN ONE OF THE ANNUITIES DROPPED FROM $195,000 TO $189,165.65 IN A MATTER OF DAYS. THE CLIENT STATES THE FORMER IR SOLD HER AN ANNUITY SHE ORIGINALLY REFUSED, BUT AGREED AFTER THE IR INSISTED. Damage Amount Requested: $25,834.35 Broker Comment: IT IS OUR UNDERSTANDING THE CLIENT DISCUSSED HER CONCERNS WITH THE FORMER IR AND HE ANSWERED HER QUESTIONS, REGARDING THE TRANSACTIONS AND MARKET VALUES, TO THE CLIENT'S SATISFACTION. THE CLIENT SENT IN A FOLLOW-UP LETTER INDICATING THIS BUT QUESTIONING WHERE THE ASSESTS IN HER SINGLE ACCOUNT. THE APRIL 2006 STATEMENT REFLECTS THE ASSESTS, THE CHANGE IN THEIR VALUE DUE TO ACH PAYMENTS AND MARKET FLUCTUATIONS; THE STATEMENT ALSO REFLECTS THE ANNUITY PURCHASED IN JANUARY 2006.
