I WAS WRONGLY ACCUSED OF CONSPIRACY BECAUSE ONE OF THE OTHER STORE WORKERS CHANGED THE PRICE ON AN ITEM, AND BROUGHT IT TO MY REGISTER. I RANG UP THE ITEM NOT KNOWING THAT SHE CHANGED THE PRICE. I WAS INITIALLY CHARGED WITH CONSPIRACY. I DON'T RECALL BEING FINGERPRINTED, AND THERE PROBABLY IS NOT EVEN A RECORD, BUT THE QUESTION ASKED IF YOU WERE EVER CHARGED WITH A MISDEMEANOR RELATING TO CONSPIRACY. I WAS CHARGED WHEN IT HAPPENED, BUT THE CHARGE WAS LATER DISMISSED.
