I WANTED TO LOOK AT THE FILES FIRST BEFORE PLACING THE TRADES BUT FAILED TO. MARKET WENT UP IN THE MEANTIME. AS-OF-TRADES WERE REQUESTED BY ME ON 01/14/2000 THROUGH MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT DIDN'T PLACE TRADES UNTIL 01/21/2000. COMPANY LOST MONEY AND TERMINATED ME. CLIENT RECEIVED THEIR PRICES AS OF 01/12/2000. THERE NEVER WAS A COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST ME BY THE CLIENT.
