Registered Assistant received client signed blank change of beneficiary forms. Registered Assistant then witnessed a third party, who was not in the presence of the client, complete the forms effectively making the third party the majority beneficiary. Registered Assistant accepted and processed the forms in direct violation of Firm Policy. Broker Comment: I did not benefit financially or otherwise from facilitating the transaction. It was my understanding that the third party had the authority to act on behalf of the client and that the third party was communicating the client's wishes.
