CLIENT CLAIMS BROKER TOLD HIM THE INVESTMENT WAS FDIC INSURED AND HE COULD TAKE OUT HIS MONEY ANY TIME HE WANTED WITHOUT PENALTY. BROKER CLAIMS HE NEVER SAID THIS ABOUT THE ANNUITY. BROKER SAID THEY TALKED ABOUT HIS CDS IN THE BANK AND THOSE WERE INSURED AND THEY COULD BE WITHDRAWN WITHOUT PENALTY. BROKER CLAIMS THE ANNUITY WAS DISCUSSED IN DETAIL BEFORE AND AFTER INVESTMENT WAS PURCHASED AND CLIENT WAS HAPPY UNTIL THE MARKET STARTED TO DECLINE. Damage Amount Requested: $5,000.00
