Damage Amount Requested: $6,000.00 Broker Comment: The customer's allegations suggest that it will cost her $6,000 to reverse the trades at her new firm. The allegation is suspect and in any case the representative offered to reverse the trades at no cost before the client moved her account to the new firm. The client refused to accept that offer.
