HE HAS CONFUSSED THIS WITH THE ANNUAL 5% SET UP DEATH BENIFIT THAT THE ANNUITY CARRIES. THIS IS ACTUALLY THE SECOND TIME CUSTOMER HAS TRIED TO RENIG ON A TRADE WITH ME AT PRUDENTIAL. IN JAN. OF 1998, CUSTOMER RENIGED ON A CD PURCHASE BECAUSE HE DIDN'T FEEL LIKE FILLING OUT THE PAPERWORK AFTER WE BOUGHT THE CD. AFTER REVIEWING HIS COMPLAINT, I SEE THAT HE IS NOT SEEKING COMPENSATION. HE ONLY FILED A COMPLAINT.
