I DID NOT RECEIVE A NOTICE. I HAD SEVERE HEALTH PROBLEMS DURING THIS TIME AND HAD A LOWER LEG AMPUTATION DUE TO DIABETES. I WAS HOSPITALIZED 3 TIMES AND WENT THROUGH EXTENSIVE REHAB TO WALK AGAIN. THE DEBT WAS INCURRED BY MY THEN WIFE, WHO WAS A REAL ESTATE AGENT BUT DIDN'T PAY ANY INCOME TAX. I HAVE THE SUBJECT OF THE LIEN BECAUSE WE FILED JOINTLY.
