Client's actual loss was $4,544.51 when she sold her shares at the fund's low, which Mr. Raho advised not to do.Client was given the fund's prospectus and Mr. Raho spent time with the client discussing the pros and cons of investing in mutual funds.In addition, client's time horizon was 7+ years and risk tolerance was 'Moderately Aggressive'. Client was in the fund 13 months when she sold it contributing to her loss.
