THE CLIENT WAS NOTIFIED THE FOLLOWING DAY OF THE TRANSACTION AND WANTED THE TRADES REVERSED. THE OFFICE REVERSED THE TRADES THE NEXT DAY. THE REGISTERED REPRESENTATIVE WAS NOT ABLE TO CONTACT THE CLIENT THE DAY THE TRADES WERE DONE. THE BRANCH INCURRED AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE TO REVERSE THE TRADES TO MAKE THE CLIENT WHOLE. THE TOTAL MARKET VALUE DAMAGE TO CORRECT THIS MATTER WAS $111.50 THERE WAS NOT MONETARY BENEFIT TO THE FINANCIAL ADVISOR FOR EXECUTION THESE TRADES AND NO WRONGFUL INTENT TO THE CLIENT. THE TRADES WERE DONE MERELY AS A PART OF A LONG TERM LIQUIDATION STRATEGY IN A WRAP FEE ACCOUNT WHICH WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE CLIENT AT A PRIOR TIME.
