Due to this I took out multiple credit cards to help with bills and food. I struggled to make payments and once they were back on their feet began to get my credit in order, in the Spring of 2016. This included paying off the balance of my First Premier card which carried an enormous interest rate, so I paid the settlement balance and the account was closed.
