SUBSTANCE WAS FOUND OUTSIDE MY DORM ROOM WINDOW WHERE IT HAD APPARENTLY BEEN THROWN WHEN CAMPUS POLICE WERE CALLED TO OUR DORM SUITE FOR A NOISE VIOLATION. CAMPUS POLICE CHARGED ALL DORM MATES UNTIL AN INVESTIGATION COULD BE DONE TO DETERMINE WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUBSTANCE. DISTRICT ATTORNEY DISMISSED THE CHARGE AGAINST ME AFTER THE PERPETRATOR WAS IDENTIFIED AS BEING A NON STUDENT GUEST OF THE DORM.
