WHEN THE OPERATION MGR ASKED ME ABOUT THEREMOVAL OF THE BATTERY I DID NOT ADMIT TO IT BECAUSE I WASCONCERNED THAT THE SUPERVISOR MAY LOSE HIS JOB. AS A RESULT OFTHIS, THE SUPERVISOR AND MYSELF WERE BOTH DISCHARGED TO SET ANEXAMPLE OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES.
