ZENTNER'S PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY WAS TO PROVIDE TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT FOR THE GROUP'S ADMINISTRATION AND MARKETING EFFORTS. NONE OF THE NAMED PLAINTIFFS IN THIS MATTER WERE CLIENTS OF MR. ZENTNER AND HE HAD LITTLE DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE GROUP'S CLIENTS. MR. ZENTNER DID NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THE SETTLEMENT.
