ONCE IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION, I TOOK CARE OF THE AMOUNT OWED, AND THE CHARGES WERE LATER DISMISSED WHEN WE WENT TO COURT. THE ACTUAL CHARGES WERE FILED IN MARCH OF 2002 AND THE ARREST TOOK PLACE IN MAY OF 2002, WE THEN WENT TO COURT A COUPLE MONTHS LATER, IN JULY.
