OUR TAXES WERE MISREPRESENTED AND WERE BASED ON THE LOT RATHER THAN THE COMPLETED HOME THEREFORE OUR PAYMENTS INCREASED $236 PER MONTH AT THE SAME TIME GAS PRICES ROSE DUE TO HURRICANE KATRINA. THESE TWO EVENTS WITH RAISING THREE CHILDREN LED US TO RELY ON CREDIT CARDS IN WHICH WE ACCUMULATED MORE DEBT THAN WE COULD HANDLE. PRIOR TO THIS TIME, WE HAD STABLE FINANCES AND EXCELLENT CREDIT SCORES.
