Damage Amount Requested: $19,500.00 Broker Comment: ALLEGATIONS AGAINST THE PRODUCER WERE DENIED: WITH RESPECT TO THE VARIABLE ANNUITIES, AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR, UNRELATED TO THE PRODUCER, OCCURRED WITHIN MASSMUTUAL'S HOME OFFICE, WHICH CAUSED THE REALLOCATIONS TO NOT BE PROCESSED. MASSMUTUAL CORRECTED THIS BY PROCESSING THE REALLOCATIONS AS OF THE DATE THAT THE REQUEST WAS ORIGINALLY MADE BY THE CLIENT. THE 401(K) IN QUESTION WAS FOUND TO BE ADMINISTERED BY A TPA, NOT THE PRODUCER.
