Upon closing the business, the real estate, equipment and contents were sold and I believed that the loan was satisfied then. I wholeheartedly disagree that this debt is still outstanding and am working with all agencies involved to resolve the matter: US Treasury, Small Business Administration and New York Business Development Corporation. I receive conflicting information from each of the agencies when I call to get details as to how they are considering the debt still outstanding. Each agency states that one of the other agencies is responsible for settling it. I will continue to work on getting this resolved to be certain the debt is completely satisfied.
