BOTH OF OUR FAMILY INCOMES CAME FROM REAL ESTATE SALES AND OUR INCOME DROPPED OVER 70% BETWEEN 2006 AND 2009. WE HELD ON TO THE PROPERTY AS LONG AS WE COULD AND FINALLY HAD TO SELL IT SO WE WOULD LOOSE OUR HOME. WE HAVE LEARNED OUR LESSON ON NOT TAKING ON MORE DEBT THAN WE CAN HANDLE AND LIVE WITH AS LITTLE DEBT AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING LIKE THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.
