It was under contract for lease option purchase to buy. Tenant/Buyer abandoned property in Dec, and I was then diagnosed with breast cancer in March. I was unable to sell the property for the amount owed, despite my attempts. I maintained payments for as long as possible until I was unable to continue due to additional medical expenses.
