WE OWNED A HOME AND AT THAT TIME THAT FELL BEHIND ON DUE TO THE PAYMENT INCREASING WHEN OUR MORTGAGE WAS BOUGHT BY ANOTHER COMPANY. WE SUBMITTED LOAN MODIFICATION PAPERWORK BUT DID NOT QUALIFY AT THE TIME. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 4 YEARS SINCE THE BANKRUPTCY WAS FILED. SINCE THEN I HAVE MADE SMART FINANCIAL DECISIONS AND MY FINANCIAL SITUATION IS STABLE.
