Upon completion of my lease agreement I spoke with an office staff member at the end of my term and indicated a notice was placed and how can I obtain an extension she indicated that they can extend 30days and all I would have to do was pay another months rent in which I did and turned my keys into the office in person upon the end of the 30 day extension. Never once did they indicated that they didn't have my notice. I found out about a judgment against me for not providing a 60day notice for unpaid rent and fees from Fairview Court Apartments. The are currently garnishing my wages 25% which started on 10/28/2016.
