Damage Amount Requested: $650,000.00 Broker Comment: [Customer's] claims are unfounded and without merit. If it wasn't for the many unsolicited penny stocks and biotech stocks that [customer] himself chose, despite my multiple objections, his account would be positive. On multiple occasions client forcefully sold blue chip stocks like Facebook, Amazon, Google for the hot trade of the day showing up on CNBC (all notated on the MS and UBS systems). The options investments represented a small part of [customer's] net worth and on several occasions, and in writing, he admitted personal blame for their performance."
