IN MAY 2013, THE CLIENT CAME BACK FROM MEXICO AND WE WENT OVER, IN PERSON, THE CONTRACT AND REVIEWED THE FEES, EXPENSES AND SURRENDER CHARGES. PER PROCEDURE, [CUSTOMER] SUBSEQUENTLY SIGNED THE DELIVERY RECEIPT FOR THE CONTRACT. I HAVE NOT HAD A COMPLAINT IN 17 YEARS IN THE INSURANCE AND BROKERAGE BUSINESS.
