By January of 2010 I was unemployed, and could no longer afford the motorcycle payments. I called Capital One to figure out my options and found out it was going to be repossessed. I talked to them about a settlement, but was unable to afford it at that time. By the time I could afford it, I paid the settlement in 2013 to take care of this credit.
