Broker Comment: CUSTOMER'S ALLEGATIONS ARE TOTALLY INACCURATE. I DID NOT SOLICIT HER BUSINESS; I WAS INTRODUCED TO HER TO FACILITATE THE SALE OF STOCK TO PURCHASE AN ANNUITY THROUGH ANOTHER AGENT. I ONLY SUGGESTED WHICH STOCKS TO SELL TO MINIMIZE HER CAPITAL GAINS, THE AMOUNT OF WHICH WE FULLY DISCLOSED BEFORE ANY STOCKS WERE SOLD. THE "UNAUTHORIZED TRADE" SHE REFERRED TO WAS ACTUALLY A TRANSFER OF ASSETS TO A RESIDUAL TRUST ORDERED BY HER ATTORNEY. CUSTOMER MISTAKENLY BELIEVED THE GROSS PROCEEDS REPORTED ON HER 1099 WERE CAPITAL GAINS.
