IN 2011 WE WORKED WITH THE BANK TO SELL THE HOME AT CURRENT MARKET PRICE;$390,000.00 THUS RESULTING IN A SHORT SELL. THE HOUSE CLOSED ON JULY 19,2012. I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY RELEASED FROM ANY FINANCIAL OBLIGATION TO THE BANK FOR ANY REMAINING BALANCE.
