AFTER TWO MONTHS OF MULTIPLE SHOWINGS AND NO NEW OFFERS, DUE TO MARKET CONDITIONS AND VALUE, I WAS ADVISED BY THE MORTGAGE HOLDER AND MY REALTOR TO PURSUE A SHORT SALE ON THE PROPERTY. THIS DEAL WAS THEN COMPLETED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE START OF THAT PROCESS.
