PLAINTIFFS ALLEGE FALSE STATEMENTS, FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT, RECISSION & BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY. Settlement Amount: $20,000.00 Broker Comment: The parties participated in court-ordered mediation in which they agreed to voluntarily resolve and dismiss the lawsuit in order to avoid additional legal costs. This agreement was made before any case-dispositive motions were ruled upon in the lawsuit. As part of the agreement, the firm agreed to pay $20,000 to the plaintiff's attorneys to cover the legal costs of the mediation.
