THE REVERSAL AND REHEARING MOTIONS WERE DENIED BY STATE COURT ON SEPTEMBER 22, 2014.CLAIMANT RE-FILED HER CASE IN FLORIDA STATE COURT, SEEKING MORE THAN $2,000,000 IN DAMAGES, A JURY VERDICT DATED NOVEMBER 4, 2016 DISMISSED CLAIMANT'S CLAIMS UNDER THE FLORIDA SECURITIES ACT, AND AS TO THE NEGLIGENCE CLAIMS, RULED THAT CLAIMANT WAS 60% NEGLIGENT AND DEFENDANT GRANT 40% NEGLIGENT, AND AWARDED PLAINTIFF $46,400 IN DAMAGES. POST TRIAL MOTIONS AND APPEAL ARE PENDING.
