THE CHARGES OF ASSAULT WITH DEADLY WEAPON AND HIT& RUN WERE DISMISSED. Broker Comment: I WAS RETURNING HOME AFTER A LUNCH WHEREALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WERE CONSUMED. I CAME TO ARCADIA RACE TRACKWHERE THEY HAD ARECTED TRAFFIC BARRIERS, BECAME CONFUSED ANDDROVE THROUGH A BARRIER AND LEFT THE SCENE. I WAS ARRESTED,REFUSED ANY TESTS FOR ALCOHOL (HENCE THE SUSPENSION OFLICENSE). I RETAINED AN ATTORNEY AND PLEA-BARGAINED THECHARGES, COMPLETED THE SENTENCE, AND LEARNED A VERY HARDLESSON.
