UNFORTUNATELY THE HOUSING MARKET QUICKLY TURNED ON ME AND MY INVESTMENTS WENT SOUTH. DURING THE NEXT 4 YEARS I TRIED DOING EVERYTHING I COULD TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. I USED ALL OF MY SAVINGS AND PERSONAL CREDIT TO TRY TO SAVE THE HOMES FOM FORECLOSURE. EVENTUALLY I WAS SO FAR BEHIND I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO LET THE HOUSES GO TO FORECLOSURE. AS A RESLT OF TRYING TO KEEP THE HOUSES AND THEN LETTING TEM GO I HAD TO FILE FOR CH 13 ON JUNE 8 2010. I BEGAN MAKING MONTHLY PAYMENTS OF $680 FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS TO SATISFY MY DEBTS. THIS WAS COMPLETED JULY 14 2015 AND MY BANKRUPTCY WAS DISCHARGED AND ALL SECURED DEBTS WERE PAID.
