CLIENT IS REQUESTING A REFUND FROM HER FIRST PAYMENT OF $32,000 MINUS THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR THE LAST YEAR THEY TOOK OUT. Settlement Amount: $31,049.54 Broker Comment: THE FIRM AGREED TO CANCEL THE 2013 VARIABLE LIFE INSURANCE POLICY AS IF IT HAD NEVER BEEN ISSUED (LESS A TERM CHARGE) AND REFUND THE PREMIUMS PAID. LOSS TO FIRM: $31,049.54. RR'S ERRORS AND OMISSIONS CARRIER DID NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THE SETTLEMENT.
