DELAHOUSSAYE'S HANDLING OF HER ACCOUNT. ADDITIONALLY, THEFIRM FOUND NO EVIDENCE THAT MR. DELAHOUSSAYE'S HAD ACTEDWITHOUT THE CLIENT'S AUTHORIZATION.
