Broker Comment: THE BANKRUTPCY WAS DUE TO STARTING A BUSINESS (MODERN RECYCLING COMPANY) WITH MY THEN BROTHER IN-LAW WHO DECIDED HE HAD NO MONEY TO PAY HIS HALF OF THE BUSINESS EXPENSES AND DID NOT INVEST HIS HALF OF TIME INTO THE BUSINESS. THE BUSINESS MADE NO MONEY AND WAS FAILING. THE ONLY WAY TO GET RELEASED FROM THE LEASE AND BE ABLE TO PROVIDE FOR OUR CHILDREN WE HAD WAS TO FILE BANKRUPTCY.
