WHEN THE DOCUMENTS WERE REVIEWED, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE LIVING BENEFIT WAS NOT ADDED TO THE CONTRACT AT ISSUE. CLIENT WAS SURE HE WANTED THIS RIDER.WHEN THE ADVISOR BECAME AWARE OF THE ERROR, THEY WORKED WITH COMPLIANCE AND THE ANNUITY ISSUER TO CORRECT THIS ERROR. THE RESULT IS THE CONTRACTS WERE CORRECTED FOR THE CLIENT.
