I WASCHARGED WITH PASSING A COUNTERFEIT BILL. THE OFFICIAL CHARGEWAS LISTED AS FORGERY. Charge Type: FELONY Disposition: I WAS NOT CONVICTED, NOR DID I PLEAD GUILTY ORNOLO CONTENDRE. THE COURT PLACED ME ON A PROGRAM CALLED ARD.AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THIS ONE YEAR PROGRAM, THE COURTORDERED ALL CHARGES DROPPED. Broker Comment: WHEN I FIRST APPLIED FOR A NASD LICENSE IN 1988,I HAD CHECKED "NO" FOR ITEM 22B. THERE WAS NO CONVICTION ORGUILTY PLEA INVOLVED. AT THIS POINT, NASD QUESTIONED MYAPPLICATION BECAUSE THE CHARGE STILL SHOWED UP ON MY RECORDS. IBELIEVE THAT I MAY HAVE CHANGED THE 22B RESPONSE WHEN I MADE MYINITIAL DISCLOSURE OF THE ABOVE. MY INCONSISTENT RESPONSE ONTHIS LICENSE TRANSFER MAY HAVE CAUSED THIS "RE-DISCLOSURE".
