In 1991 I began employment elsewhere and Multi-Vest was changed to an "S" corporation and my father and mother were named officers. I was not even aware a corporate credit card with American Express still had my named attached to it. AMX was also not notified of this change, and I remained as Co-Signor on the account. My father ceased operations in 2015 and he paid and negotiated a settlement to AMX in October 2016 with final dismissal occurring in August 2017. I have had no involvement in the operations of Multi-Vest Properties since 1991
