BOTH VA CONTRACTS WERE SURRENDERED IN FULL BY THE CLIENT IN FEBRUARY OF 2014 FOR AN AGGREGATE NET GAIN. A CFS REVIEW REVEALED THAT ALL REQUIRED DISCLOSURES WERE MADE IN WRITING AND THAT THE SIGNED DOCUMENTATION SUPPORTS SUITABILITY FOR THE RECOMMENDATIONS. CFS AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY RESPONDED TO THE CLIENT IN WRITING WITH A SUMMARY OF FINDINGS AND DENIAL OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS IN FEBRUARY OF 2014. THE INSURANCE COMPANY ALSO RESPONDED TO AN INQUIRY FROM THE STATE OF WYOMING RESULTING FROM THE CLIENT'S MOST RECENT COMPLAINT LETTER AND REITERATED THE DENIAL OF CLAIMS MADE BY THE CLIENT. IN THE COMPLAINT TO THE STATE OF WYOMING, THE CLIENT INCLUDED A DEMAND FOR "INTEREST EARNED" (MARKET GAINS). Damage Amount Requested: $15,886.00
