UNFOTUNATELY, I WAS CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED AND HE WAS NOT BECAUSE HE FILED CHARGES AND I HAD NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF KNOWING THAT I NEEDED TO ALSO. IT WAS ALSO BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION IN COURT THAT THERE WAS NO SELF-DEFENSE LAW IN MISSISSIPPI THEREFORE RESULTING IN A CONVICTION OF AGGRAVATED ASSAULT. IT WAS VERY UNFORTUNATE AND WE BOTH APOLOGIZED TO ONE ANOTHER.
