I MADE THE MISTAKE OF HOLDING MY FRIENDS BAG WHILE LEAVING JC PENNY, AND WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING. I WAS CONVICTED OF PETIT LARCENY. THE BAG I WAS HOLDING HAD ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PAID FOR AMOUNTING IN A TOTAL OF 232.98. I TOOK ALL THE NECESSARY AND REQUIRED ACTIONS TO PAY FOR MY MISTAKE. I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY A FINE, SERVE COMMUNITY SERVICE. SINCE THAT DATE I HAVE NOT GAINED ANY ACCUSATIONS NOR HAVE I HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THE LAW.
