THE CLIENT HAS SINCE FOUND OUT THAT THE POLICY HE REPLACED HAD A GUARANTEED PREMIUM AND A RIDER FOR HIS WIFE. THE POLICY THAT REPLACED THE EXISTING COVERAGE ON 10/26/04 WAS A VARIABLE LIFE INSURANCE POLICY, DID NOT HAVE A RIDER FOR HIS WIFE AND THE PREMIUMS DOUBLED OVER TIME. Damage Amount Requested: $5,000.00 Broker Comment: OUR REVIEW FOUND THE ADVISOR PROVIDED FULL DISCLOSURE REGARDING THE EFFECTS OF THE LIFE INSURANCE REPLACEMENT AND THE REPLACEMENT WAS SUITABLE BASED ON THE LOWER COST OF INSURANCE AND THE CLIENTS GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. FURTHER, IT WAS CONFIRMED THE CLIENTS' RECEIVED THEIR LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES AND CHOSE NOT TO ACCEPT THE LIFE INSURANCE ON GLADYS AND THEREFORE WAS AWARE THAT BLADYS POLICY WAS NOT IN FORCE.
