Allegations: CUSTOMER RENEWED THIS COMPLAINT THROUGH A LETTER SENT TO THE ISSUING INSURANCE COMPANY. CUSTOMER PURCHASED FIXED ANNUITY CONTRACT IN FEBRUARY, 2014. IN RESPONSE TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE SURVEY CONDUCTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE ISSUING INSURANCE COMPANY, CUSTOMER ALLEGED THAT SHE WAS GIVEN INCOMPLETE INFORMATION REGARDING THE FREQUENCY OF ASSESSMENT OF RIDER FEES ASSOCIATED WITH HER CONTRACT. ISSUING INSURANCE COMPANY SHARED THE CUSTOMER'S ALLEGATIONS AND CONCERNS WITH THE FIRM. THE FIRM CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER TO FOLLOW UP AND INVESTIGATE HER COMPLAINT, THE CUSTOMER SOUGHT TO RESCIND HER COMPLAINT, PROVIDED A WRITTEN STATEMENT TO THAT EFFECT WHICH SPECIFICALLY STATED THAT SHE HAD NO COMPLAINT REGARDING THE REPRESENTATIVE'S SALES PRACTICES IN CONNCETION WITH THIS TRANSACTION. IN CONTACTING THE INSURANCE COMPANY, THE CUSTOMER RENEWED HER INITIAL COMPLAINT AND RAISED ADDITIONAL ALLEGATIONS OF FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND LACK OF SUITABILITY.
