Date: May 08, 2010 Category: Criminal Charges: AGGRAVATED ASSAULT W/ DEADLY WEAPON Disposition: Dismissed Broker Comment: THIS INCIDENT OCCURED WHEN A DRIVER BEHIND ME HAD ROAD RAGE BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING SLOWLY IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBOROOD. HE ENDED UP CALLING POLICE AND TELING THEM I HAD A WEAPON AND WENT AFTER HIM. HE WAS AN EX-POLICE AND THEY ARRESTED ME FOR THE CHARGE. NO WEAPON WAS PRESENT OR IN THE VEHICLE AND I WAS RELEASED BECAUSE OF NO LIKELYHOOD OF ANY CONVICTION. DO TO THIS, THERE WILL ALWAYS BE AN ARREST RECORD EVEN THOUGH NO CHARGE WAS EVER OFFICIALY CHARGE BEYOND THE ARREST "CHARGE" THAT WAS USED THAT MORNING.
