MEANS ATTEMPTED TO CALL [CUSTOMER] UNSUCCESSFULLY ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS ON THE 19TH. Broker Comment: THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT WAS SETTLED 2/5/02. MEANS PAID [CUSTOMER] $23,500.89 AND [CUSTOMER] SIGNED A SETTLEMENT. [CUSTOMER] THEN FILED SUIT IN TWO DIFFERENT COURTS(3/28/03 AND 5/16/03)ON THE SAME MATTER HE HAD SETTLED. ALL SUITS AND APPEALS WERE EVENTUALLY DISMISSED IN FAVOR OF MR. MEANS. THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT IN #11 WAS NOT A RESULT OF LITIGATION. IT PRECEDED THE LITIGATION.
