FURTHERMORE, THE CONDO BOARDS MADE NO INCLUSIONS OF ANY GRANDFATHER CLAUSE (A MOVE UPHELD BY THE STATE SUPREME COURT). THE NEW RULES REQUIRED OUT OF STATE OWNERS TO MOVE IN OR SELL THEIR UNIT WITH NO REGARD TO CURRENT MARKET CONDITIONS. THEREFORE, IN WORKING WITH THE BANK A SETTLEMENT WAS REACHED ON OUTSTANDING DEBT RELATED TO THE MORTGAGE.
